1. Appointment Policy:
   All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, respecting the next client’s time.
2. Cancellation/Rescheduling:
   Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Health and Medical Information:
   Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and medical conditions.
   Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if it poses a risk to the client’s well-being.
4. Payment:
   Payment is due 24 hours before the service.
   We will send a payment link with the amount due before the treatment. However we do accept cash on the day if you do not have internet banking.
5. Gift Certificates:
   Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
   Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced.
6. Personal Belongings:
   Please secure personal belongings during sessions; Rebalance Kent is not responsible for lost items.
7. Minors:
   Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the session.
8. Conduct:
   Inappropriate behaviour or harassment will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately.
9. Feedback:
   We value your feedback; please communicate any concerns or preferences during or after your session.
10. Liability:
    Rebalance Kent is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained on the premises.
11. Policies Update:
    Rebalance Kent reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
