   Clients who experience or witness sexual harassment are encouraged to report it immediately to the therapist or management. –
   Reports can be made in person or via our confidential contact channels.
3. Investigation:
   All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. The confidentiality of those involved will be respected to the extent possible while ensuring a fair investigation.
4. Consequences:
   Any individual found to have engaged in sexual harassment will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, which may include termination of services and, if necessary, involvement of legal authorities.
5. Protection Against Retaliation:
   Rebalance Kent prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports sexual harassment or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is a serious violation and will be addressed accordingly.
6. Client Responsibility:
   Clients are expected to treat therapists and staff with respect and dignity. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
7. Safe Environment:
