Do you offer mobile massage?
Yes. Rebalance Kent is a fully mobile service. I bring everything needed for your treatment to your home, workplace, holiday accommodation or event venue across Kent.
What do I need to provide for a mobile massage?
Just a warm, quiet space with enough room for a massage table and access to hand-washing facilities. I bring the table, oils, towels, music and any specialist equipment needed.

Is pregnancy massage safe?
Yes. Pregnancy massage is safe when carried out by a qualified therapist. I am fully trained in pregnancy massage and tailor each treatment to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs. Treatments are usually available from the second trimester onwards.
What is menopause massage?
Menopause massage is designed to support symptoms such as stress, anxiety, sleep issues, joint aches and hormonal changes. My menopause massage includes a holistic approach using relaxation massage, essential oils, specific acupressure points and optional acupressure plasters.
Do you offer oncology massage?
Yes. I am trained in oncology massage and can adapt treatments for clients who are currently undergoing cancer treatment or are in recovery. All sessions are gentle, safe and tailored to your medical needs.
Can I have a massage if I have a medical condition?
In most cases yes, but it’s important you let me know in advance. I will ask you to complete a consultation form so I can ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
What happens at a pamper party?
Pamper parties are a fun and relaxing way to enjoy treatments with friends. I set up a mini spa experience in your chosen location and offer a range of treatments for each guest. Bridal parties, birthdays and hen parties are all popular options.
Do you offer bridal packages?
Yes. I offer bespoke bridal and hen party pamper packages across Kent. These can include massage, facials and relaxation treatments, perfect for pre-wedding celebrations or wedding morning relaxation.
Do you provide childcare during pamper parties?
Yes. I collaborate with Sam’s Events Childcare Service, who can provide supervised childcare during pamper parties so parents can fully relax. This service must be booked in advance.
How long are your treatments?
Treatment times vary depending on the service chosen and can range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Pamper parties and packages can be customised.
How do I book a treatment?
You can book via the website, message me directly, or get in touch to discuss a bespoke package. Advance booking is recommended, especially for evenings and weekends.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes. I offer packages including buy 4 massages and get the 5th free, as well as bespoke pamper and bridal packages.
What should I wear for my massage?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. During massage, you will be professionally draped at all times, and only the area being treated will be uncovered.
Do you bring your own oils and equipment?
Yes. I use high-quality professional products and bring all equipment required for your treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Do you cover large groups for spa or pamper parties?
Yes. I can accommodate large spa and pamper parties of up to 25 people. Treatments are carefully scheduled to ensure everyone has time to relax and enjoy the experience. For larger groups, packages can be tailored to suit your event, space and time frame.
